Sometimes you don’t know you need help until you need it. No worries! The Hales Corners Library offers 30-40 minute programs and training by request.

We are accepting one-on-one appointments and groups of 5-20 people for the following topics:

– Learn the basics of how to use Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, or Chromebooks

Library Tour
– Get a behind-the-scenes tour of the Library and Ben Hunt Building, as well as an overview of the fantastic and FREE resources available to you with a Hales Corners Library Card

Digital Literacy for Beginners
– How to use E-mail
– How Google Drive works

Online Security
– Did I Get Hacked? How to recognize a hack and what to do about it
– Password Fatigue: How to pick a secure password and remember it
– Bait and Switch: How to recognize a virtual scam
